It works really well. I don't really like that it's a bar, but it really works!! I will continue to use it for sure.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me. The soap dries me out so bad that it hurts. The balm is hard like a bar of soap. I want to love this but doesn't work for me at all.I've had psoriasis for a long time and I just want something more natural asall the medications given no longer work either.
