Return Policy

At Truth Is... Organics, every product is handmade in small batches by our family with care and intention. Because we are a small, family-run brand and not a large retailer like Amazon, we aren’t able to offer free returns or “trial” products. We hope you understand that every jar and bottle is made thoughtfully, not mass-produced.

We only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened or used, we’re unable to accept it for return due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene standards.

If you’d like to return an unopened item, please contact us at business@truthisorganics.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
